Julie Gray, Client Partner, Evolve Partners co-presented with Daryll Harrison, VP 1NOVA Program Management - NOVA Chemicals, a case study entitled “Change Leadership: Building and Sustaining Internal Capability,” at the AIMC. The presentation shared the NOVA transformation journey, including their approach to developing an internal change leadership capability. Evolve supported NOVA’s approach to develop an organizational culture where a broader set of leaders had ownership and were empowered to collaborate, problem solve, innovate and make decisions that would drive business performance. In addition, the program delivered a standardized set of key processes, facilitating more efficient integration of new assets, and better enabling the sharing and incorporation of best practice across the operational footprint.
